MATH 2443 Calculus And Analytic Geometry IV
Dr. Barnard the best math teacher I have ever had. He does a great job explaining the material (which is really tough in calc 3). Make sure to go to class everyday because his lectures are extremely beneficial and much better than the book. We got homework every week consisting of about 8 problems each. The homework was worth 15% of the final grade (make sure to get a solutions manual, I have one you can get). He also gives two quizzes, one about two weeks before each test. They are worth 10% each, and then the two tests are worth 15% each and the final is worth 25%. The best way to study for his quizzes and tests are to do his old tests. They are on his website, it just takes some looking. Often the problems were exactly the same or very similar.

MATH 1823 Calculus And Analytic Geometry I
He explains the material very clearly, but without lingering on any subject too long. He is the best math teacher I have ever had. I never once left class not understanding something he had covered. His class is interesting without moving to fast. He knows how to teach math.

MATH 3333 Linear Algebra I
He's a really nice guy and tries his best to make everything clear and applicable. And one of the few math professors that's not foreign, so no accent to make things more difficult.

MATH 3333 Linear Algebra I
Well, it's all been said already. Simply an oustanding teacher. If you must take a math course at OU, make every attempt to have this guy as your Prof! He not only covers it all for the math geeks, but makes the rest of us normal humans feel like we're smart. ;)lots of examples, crystal clear explainations, more then fare, really enjoys his work.

MATH 1823 Calculus And Analytic Geometry I
I had him for my MATH 2433 class and he was a really good professor. He explains concepts very well and simplifies the lessons in the book by giving concise explanations of things. Any questions you might have, he is always happy and willing to answer them, during class, after class and during office hours. He's a very approachable and nice guy. His lectures are always informative and his notes are exceptional. He gives a lot of homework, but doesn't assign very many problems. He posts reviews for each test on the internet. We only had three test, and all of them were pretty straight forward.

Lectures are very informative and you can learn everything in the course well by going to class. Tests are well defined.

MATH 3333 Linear Algebra I
He is one of the best math profs I've had. His lectures cover the material well and help you understand the concepts. He has weekly homework, but it's only 4 or 5 problems a week. The exams are pretty straight forward and he does a good job of reviewing for them.

MATH 1823 Calculus And Analytic Geometry I
Outstanding, Explains things efficiently and in a manner that you can understand. Sometimes he jumps from chapter to chapter but only to make the class flow better. Really cares that you do well.

MATH 3333 Linear Algebra I
He really seems to care about the subject. His teaching style is both approachable for those who don't like the subject and inspiring for those who do. The statements he made made me want to ask questions about applications unrelated to the scope of the class.

MATH 3333 Linear Algebra I
Great class, definitely the best person to take Linear Algebra from at OU. Material was presented clearly and homework provided good prep for exams.
