he knows his information very well. he would take time out of his lecture to answer the students' questions. he writes very big on the board so that all students can see. most of the time, he cuts class short if he has covered all that he wanted to cover. he rarely gives out homework. he also doesnt take attendance. if there was a question on the exam that he felt he didnt cover in class, he would give us the answer.

Dr. Carroll knows the subject very well, in fact, he knows it too well! He definitely will help you if you need help though! There was one paper and he gave you 3 topics to choose from. If you have the slightest knowledge about Politics, you will do fine, but this is just a subject I can't really grasp!
