Professor A is a wonderful Bio teacher. He is very clear about what he wants you to know, and you better know it! The tests are challenging and you need to spend a good amount of time studying for both Lab and Lecture. He does emphasize what he wants you to focus on in lecture and lab, which is very helpful. He makes himself available any time for questions, and will offer extra lab hours if he thinks it is necessary. He's got a very dry sense of humor, and once you catch on, he's pretty funny.

Professor Alsup is very clear about his expectations. He tells you what you need to learn and it's your job to study. He knows the material very well and I enjoyed his lecture style. This was the hardest class I have ever taken but I would put Professor Alsup if I had to take it again. He is excellent and fair!
