Pros

Dr. Eva is extremely personable and virtually every lecture (some of which were held out of the classroom at a museum) were thoroughly engaging. The material is very interesting and highly relevant. The papers require you to apply your own life to the concepts covered in the class and particular ethnographys. TAKE THIS CLASS!!!

Cons

The tests were just a little bit hard and required that you not only read the material, but really thought about it (i.e. read the readings beforehand rather than right before the midterm/final!) The class had a lot of discussion that was good, but there was a lot of "this one time, at band camp" type of personal stories that really distracted from the flow of the lecture.
